Nissan Engel (1931-2016) was an Israeli artist best known for his mixed-media paintings and works on paper. Today, Engel’s works are in the collections of the Albright-Knox Museum in Buffalo, the Detroit Institute of Arts, The Jewish Museum in New York, the Bridgestone Museum in Tokyo, and on the walls of the Global Spheres Center, among others worldwide.
